Beth Kigel

Beth Kigel is a leader in mobility, transportation, and public policy. At HNTB, Kigel works to assist transportation agencies, cities and municipalities to develop smart infrastructure solutions and transportation systems. As a thought leader, she is a sought after national and international keynote speaker delivering frequent presentations to a variety of audiences ranging from global transportation to economic development forums.
Previously, Kigel served as Florida Transportation Commissioner from 2012-2019 and chaired the Florida Chamber’s Infrastructure Coalition Mobility Subcommittee from 2017-2018. She currently serves on the World Congress on Intelligent Transportation Systems Board of Directors; Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees; University of Florida Transportation Institute External Board of Advisors; Freight Mobility Research Institute Advisory Board for Florida Atlantic University; MobilityXX National Steering Committee; and CoMotion LAB MIAMI Board of Directors (Chair, Urban Air Mobility Task Force).
Kigel received the 2018 Leadership and Innovation Award, presented at the Florida Automated Vehicle Summit. She earned her MBA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Central Florida and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Dr. Lily Elefteriadou
Director, University of Florida Transportation Institute
Dr. Elefteriadou is the Director of the UF Transportation Institute (UFTI) and the Barbara Goldsby Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Florida. Her research focus is traffic operations, traffic flow theory and simulation. She is the principal investigator of the US DOT-funded Regional University Transportation Center for Region 4 (Southeast Transportation Research Innovation Development and Education, or STRIDE).
Nathaniel “Nat” Ford
CEO, Jacksonville Transportation Authority
Nathaniel P. Ford Sr. is Chief Executive Officer of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) and past Chair of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). His distinguished career spans nearly four decades, including tenures as CEO of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority.
Ford is a champion of multimodal transportation, walkable neighborhoods, public-private partnerships and transit-oriented development; and known for industry-leading insights and thought leadership on international transportation issues from trade and study missions around the world.
Joe Moye
CEO, Beep
Joe has more than 30 years of proven experience and success as a business executive, board member and entrepreneur across the technology industry, serving both the private and public sectors. Before joining Beep, Joe served as President of the Software Division and General Manager of the Public Sector Business Unit for Virtustream, a leading enterprise cloud services and software company. He was a member of the executive team which successfully integrated the business, post-acquisition, into Dell Technologies. Prior to that, Joe served as President of Blackbaud’s (BLKB) Enterprise Software Group where he led the transformation of the group’s migration to a highly successful SAAS platform and business model.
Juan Santos

Juan Fernando Santos is Senior Vice President of Brand Experience at Tavistock Development where he leads the Marketing, Public Relations and Resident Activation disciplines. At TDC he is part of a multi-disciplinary team that uses design thinking to build places where people can thrive.
With more than 20 years of experience creating experiences that connect people and brands, he has been involved in many industry milestones, including the first worldwide webcast for Earth Day, the first digital consumer electronics catalog for Toshiba USA and Mattel’s shift from toys to play through the creation of BarbieGirls.com. Juan is a recognized expert in Design Thinking, User Generated Content, Virtual Worlds, Physical + Digital and Loyalty & Rewards. He is a charismatic speaker with a proven ability to lead by example while inspiring teams to deliver superb creative work.
Greg Slater
CEO, Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority
Greg Slater has over two decades of public service, most recently serving as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT). At MDOT State Highway Administration, he worked his way through the ranks, starting his career in Plats and Survey operations, advancing to leadership positions in the Engineering and Planning/Programming offices.
Mark Wilson
